*The term 'holiday' is used as a generalized term to refer to any and all Shredder Corp recognized holidays. Shredder Corp does not recognized any religious holidays of any kind or denomination.

**The term 'break' is used to refer to Shredder Corp recognized 'holidays' that fall on the weekend or outside of standard work hours. In the event that a 'holiday' falls outside of work hours, it is considered a 'break' in which employees have a brief period away from work and are not compensated for this 'break' time. There is no 'makeup' or 'observed' holiday offered since these dates are no longer considered 'holidays', but rather 'breaks'.

***CEO James Miller's birthday coincides with Independence Day. While both events are recognized as separate 'holidays', employees are entitled to that singular day off and not two days as some lazy employees have tried to argue. Shredder Corp recommends spending half of the day celebrating Independence Day, and half of the day at Shredder Corp's mandatory James Miller Birthday Party Celebration, hosted at the Shredder Corp office. Shredder Corp does not recognize any other birthdates as holidays, especially employee birthdates.

****Due to our exclusive partnership with Honda Motor Co., Ltd, Shredder Corp recognizes the entire month of December as Happy Honda Days. Though this is a Shredder Corp recognized 'holiday', all employees are required to work throughout the month of December. Instead of time off, employees will automatically receive the ability to access a discount code exclusively for the rental of Honda vehicles through an authorized rental dealership (Enterprise is the exclusive rental car partner of Shredder Corp). Discount is only redeemable during the month of December. Please contact HR during these dates if you would like access to this discount.
